COVID-19 RESPONSE

For the past 29 years (since 1991), our CCC family’s safety and well-being has always been our number one priority, and we would like to take a moment to share with you a few of the existing and additional steps we are taking to ensure this in relation to Covid-19:

  • We have not re-opened our dining rooms. We have not felt that the additional risk to our community was worth the dine-in experience. The safety of our guests and staff is paramount.
  • Our Drive-Up Pick-up service after ordering online is the best way to order food with low contact pick-up.
  • You will see and hear at the stores the “hand-washing time” call out rotation occurring throughout the day to ensure everyone is held accountable for washing hands with even more frequency.
  • All condiment items are now pre-packaged and only available from the staff behind the counter.
  • To-go utensils will be pre-packaged for sanitary reasons and given with your order only upon request, so we don’t waist plastic.
  • To-go order for 3rd party deliveries packaged in our take-out bags are sealed to ensure the integrity of the items.
  • We exceed LA County Health Department requirements for Management Food Handler Certificates and all our staff hold Food Handler Certificates.
  • We have designed catering meal boxes that are individually packaged and easy to distribute.
  • We communicate frequently with all of our team members on the importance of health and safety.

We are very proud of our teams’ cooperation, dedication, and focus as we navigate these waters. Thank you for your continued loyalty. We love being part of the LA community. We wish everyone a safe and speedy journey through this uncertain time.
