What is your delivery fee and radius?
We offer complimentary delivery for orders over $150! For orders under $150, the delivery fee is $25. We can deliver within 10 miles from any location.
How do I place a Catering order?
You can conveniently place your order directly on our website here or the CCC App. Feel free to call us with any questions you may have.
What is your order minimum?
We do not have any catering minimum!
How much notice do you need to place a catering order?
You can place your order up to 3 hours prior, however, we suggest the day before notice. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries!
How can I cancel my order? / What is your cancellation policy?
You can email catering@califchickencafe.com or call your nearest CCC location. You will need verification from a CCC team member to confirm the cancellation. Cancellations within 3 hours of pick up or delivery may be charged 50%. We’ve got you covered next time around!
How can I add on or modify an order I have already placed?
Last minute changes? No worries! You can email catering@califchickencafe.com or call your CCC location to adjust your order.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements and allergies?
We can remove or place on side any ingredients per your request.
We recognize the seriousness of allergies and for this reason, we are unable to guarantee nor offer any assurances that any menu item is completely free from any allergen or ingredient. We assume no responsibility for guests with food allergies or sensitivities, even if any of our staff, has been notified of a food modification allergy request and/or has provided any guidance as to the existence or non-existence of said allergen or any allergen, verbally, written, on this website, on any ingredient list or menu, or otherwise. When it comes to any health risks, we want to be 100% honest and transparent as to our limitations.
Is dining and serving ware included in my order?
For Catering Packages and Meal Box catering, dining and serving ware is included upon request at no additional charge. For A La Carte catering, these items can be added on for an additional charge.
What are our acceptable forms of payment?
We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, ApplePay and Google Pay. Payment is made at the time of placing the order.
When is payment due?
Payment for orders are due in full at the time of placing the order.
What are your food handling suggestions?
For maximum freshness, quality, and safety, food should be consumed or refrigerated as soon as possible. Leftovers should be refrigerated promptly.
