Problems with my password
- Please verify you are using the correct password (case sensitive. Example: Uppercase and Lowercase)
- Click on Forgot Password
- Enter the e-mail associated with your account
- You will then receive an e-mail with a link to create a new password within 1-3 minutes
- If you don’t receive a link, please check your spam/junk inbox
- Once you have reset your password, please re-enter/log back into your account using your new password
- If you still have not received the e-mail, you will need to create an account at https://ordering.califchickencafe.com/
Phone number associated with my account
Please verify you are using the correct mobile phone number in order to receive a text message. Excluding Google Voice numbers and landlines.
E-mails associated with my account
- Please verify you are using the correct email address
- If you have multiple accounts with different e-mails, please verify that you are using the correct e-mail address
Multiple Accounts
To delete an account, go into your account profile, scroll to the bottom and select ‘Delete’. The account is now deleted.
Error Message
If the following error message displays after adding menu items to cart and attempting to check out, please make sure you log into your account first. "This email has already been registered. Please use a different email address or enter your password to continue". For any other error messages, please email us at guestrelations@califchickencafe.com
