I started at CCC as a cashier and, having taken advantage of the opportunities provided, am now the general manager of our Downtown LA location. Over my five years here, I’ve grown personally and professionally, thanks to the company’s mentorship and development programs. I have been with CCC for 10 years! I’ve had an amazing journey, which began in the kitchen at our location in Santa Monica where my eagerness to learn more and be challenged was rewarded with many opportunities. I’ve learned how to work in positions in the back of house, front of house, as a catering specialist, and now I work as a shift lead at our Downtown LA location.
