Are you open on Sundays?

Select locations are open on Sundays! Currently, our Chatsworth, Venice, Woodland Hills and Encino locations are open from 11:30AM-8:35PM on Sundays and are also available for catering with no minimum. If we open additional locations on Sunday, we will post it on our website and our Facebook and Twitter pages!


Gift Cards

Do you sell gift cards?

We currently do not have gift cards, but they are coming soon! We truly appreciate your desire to give the gift of CCC though. Clearly you have good taste.


Nutritional Info

Why can't I find nutritional information on your menu?

Currently, state law requires restaurants with 20+ locations to have nutritional info available. As we do not yet have that many locations, our nutritional information is not available at this time. However, it is on our list of future projects and rest assured that it will be posted on our website when it becomes available.


Food Allergen Info

How does your restaurant handle food allergen and special dietary needs?

Please feel free to let us know if you would like to make any modifications to your order and we will make a sincere effort to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your order will meet your specific dietary needs 100%, as variations may occur due to differences in suppliers, ingredient substitutions, frequent recipe revisions, product assembly at the restaurant level, seasons of the year, etc. Additionally, normal kitchen operations involve shared cooking and preparation areas and cross-contact with other foods may occur during production. Therefore, our official policy is that we are unable to guarantee that any menu item is completely free from any particular allergen, and we assume no responsibility for guests with food allergies or sensitivities, even if any of our staff / supervisors / owners / etc. have been notified of a food modification allergy request and / or provided any guidance as to the existence / non-existence of said allergen. If you would like any dietary / allergy information, please contact our corporate office at [email protected] as our in-store staff members / supervisors / etc. are not expertly trained on such inquiries. Thank you.



Do you ever issue coupons?

We do not offer coupons at this time, but we do have weekly promotions exclusively for our Twitter and Facebook fans. Be sure to follow us!



Do you make donations or provide sponsorships?

We receive many donation/sponsorship requests from wonderful organizations all around the community. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate all the requests and we just don't have the heart to say "yes" to some and "no" to others! We just can't do it! As such, we focus our efforts on one form of outreach: food donation to local shelters.

Are you considering opening other locations?

We are always on the lookout for future CCC locations! Any updates regarding new locations will be here on our website as well as on our Facebook and Twitter pages.


Food Shipment

I don't live close to CCC, will you ship your food?

Much to the dismay of our long-distance fans, we do not ship CCC. If teleportation ever becomes a reality, we will certainly look into it.



Do you franchise or offer franchise opportunities in another state / country?

At this time, we do not offer any franchise opportunities. Any future opportunities will be listed here on our website. We applaud your entrepreneurial spirit!



Are you looking for investors?

We are not currently looking for investors. However, we definitely recommend you invest in a Combo Wrap with a side of Hot Potatoes. Always a sound financial decision.


Catering Cancellation

What is your Catering Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the date a catering order is scheduled for pick up/delivery. You must speak w/ a supervisor to process your cancellation. The credit card number from the original transaction must be provided in order for a refund to be issued back to the card. Upon cancellation, you will be faxed or e-mailed a copy of the refund sales receipt, which will serve as your cancellation confirmation.
